Industrial PVC-U double union ball valves provide reliable shut-off and isolation in thermoplastic piping systems. The valve features a double union construction with metric solvent cement socket ends from d16 mm to d110 mm. This design allows complete radial removal of the valve body from the pipeline for maintenance, seat inspection, or seal replacement without dismantling adjacent pipe sections. Ergonomic manual operation is ensured by a robust lever handle, while precision ball seats made of pure PTFE guarantee smooth operating torque and bidirectional shut-off. Stem and union sealing is maintained by high-grade EPDM elastomeric O-rings resistant to aging, cleaning chemicals, and aggressive industrial fluids.

Rated for a nominal working pressure of PN16 (16 bar) at 20 degrees Celsius, this PVC-U valve delivers dependable chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, and saline solutions. For operating temperatures exceeding 20 degrees Celsius up to a maximum service threshold of 45 degrees Celsius, pressure derating factors must be applied according to technical piping standards. The rigid thermoplastic body withstands pipe stresses and prevents stem blowout under differential pressure.
