The Georg Fischer SYGEF Standard pressure retaining valve type 586 is an engineered fluid regulation component designed to maintain a constant upstream line pressure, act as an overflow bypass, and safeguard industrial thermoplastic pipe networks against pressure fluctuations. Fabricated from unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) with a nominal pressure rating of PN10 (10 bar), the unit features a high-performance PTFE/EPDM regulating diaphragm and durable FKM O-rings that ensure superior inertness against aggressive media, harsh acids, and sanitizing chemicals across temperatures ranging from -20 degrees to +140 degrees Celsius.
