Georg Fischer SYGEF ECTFE SDR21 PN10 industrial piping is engineered for high-integrity chemical delivery and ultra-pure fluid distribution where standard fluoropolymers and engineering thermoplastics encounter critical corrosion or permeation limits. Manufactured from high-grade ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE) resin in continuous 5 m rigid lengths, this metric SDR21 pipe series maintains a certified 10 bar nominal operating pressure rating across dimensions from d20 (DN15) up to d110 (DN100). The fluoropolymer formulation delivers outstanding chemical resistance against concentrated mineral acids, strong alkalis, aggressive oxidizing agents, and solvents, alongside exceptional resistance to permeation and mechanical stress cracking. Optimized for non-contact infrared (IR) fusion jointing as well as conventional butt fusion, the pipe ends ensure precise dimensional stability, smooth transition geometry, and uniform melt distribution, facilitating cleanroom installation via automated fusion equipment such as the IR-63 and IR-110 series. The homogenous interior bore features minimal surface roughness, preventing particulate accumulation, microbial adhesion, and pressure loss, thereby ensuring uncompromised flow characteristics in demanding semiconductor, chemical processing, and microelectronics process loops. Designed for total architectural compatibility within the SYGEF ECTFE pipeline envelope, it integrates seamlessly with ECTFE bends, tees, concentric reducers, and transition components, as well as Type 546 Pro ball valves and Type 514 diaphragm valves, delivering a completely non-leaching, high-purity containment system engineered for enduring operational reliability.
