The Georg Fischer 326 screwed flange provides a dependable, detachable mechanical interface between threaded pipework and flanged equipment, valves, pumps, or apparatus in commercial, municipal, and industrial fluid systems. Manufactured from high-grade decarburised annealed whiteheart malleable cast iron grade EN-GJMW-400-5 in accordance with EN 1562 and EN 10242 Design Symbol A, the fitting exhibits high mechanical strength, ductility, and resistance to internal stress or deformation. Designed with an integral female parallel Rp thread complying with EN 10226-1 and ISO 7-1, the flange achieves a positive, pressure-tight joint when assembled with standard external taper pipe threads and appropriate jointing sealant. The oval two-hole drilling pattern conforms to PN 10 pressure requirements, offering a compact, space-saving mounting geometry that facilitates rapid alignment and secure two-bolt coupling in confined piping envelopes where standard multi-bolt circular flanges cannot be accommodated. Its planar machined sealing face provides an even bearing surface for flat gaskets, ensuring uniform compression and durable leak-free interfacial sealing under cyclic thermal and pressure variations. Available with a black temporary protective coating or an advanced hot-dip galvanised finish delivering high-purity zinc protection against corrosive media, the fitting demonstrates prolonged longevity in water distribution, heating, gas transmission, compressed air, and process piping. Capable of accommodating service conditions across operating temperatures from minus 20 degrees Celsius up to 300 degrees Celsius within permissible pressure thresholds, the component provides excellent dimensional accuracy based on standardised laying measurements to streamline prefabrication and site assembly.
