Corrosion protection is provided by an automated electrostatic powder epoxy coating applied with a minimum thickness of 250 µm in RAL 5015 sky blue. The coating is certified according to WRAS and ACS standards for direct contact with potable water and neutral liquids, ensuring long-term barrier protection against aggressive soil conditions and internal wear across an operating temperature range from 0 degrees to +80 degrees Celsius.

Equipped with standardized flanges drilled to EN 1092-2 PN16 dimensional standards, this 500 mm flanged distance piece ensures full compatibility with gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, flow meters, and dismantling joints. The robust casting design eliminates deformation under bolt tightening torque, maintaining precise axial alignment and dependable hydraulic sealing across all available nominal diameters from DN 50 mm up to DN 300 mm.
