BLUCAST Series EXP Flanged Rubber Expansion Joint is engineered for drinking water and neutral liquid pipeline systems operating between 0°C and +80°C at a maximum working pressure of PN16 (16 bar). The single-sphere EPDM rubber body, reinforced with nylon cord fabric and hard steel wire frame, effectively absorbs vibration, reduces hydraulic noise, and compensates axial, lateral, and angular displacements up to 15° deflection. Maximum axial stretch reaches 16 mm; compression up to 25 mm depending on DN. Flange end connections conform to EN1092-2 PN10/16. S235 steel flanges are zinc-coated at 30 µm. Available in DN50–DN300.
