The Georg Fischer DIASTAR Ten PVC-C pneumatic diaphragm valve (FO – Fail Safe to Open) is engineered for automated flow regulation and shut-off in demanding industrial process pipelines. Featuring a true union design with metric solvent cement sockets, it enables fast installation and inline maintenance with a short overall length. The flow-optimized PVC-C valve body delivers double the flow rate of previous generations, secured by a single central housing nut instead of traditional bolts. Driven by a pneumatic actuator with a 90°-rotatable air connection, it operates reliably with EPDM or PTFE/EPDM diaphragms and FKM O-rings at PN10 working pressure.
