Air Valve 591 PP-H

Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard Type 591 ventilating and bleed valves provide automatic aeration and deaeration for industrial thermoplastic piping systems. Manufactured from β-PP-H with metric socket fusion connections (d16–d110 / DN10–DN100), the valve operates at a nominal pressure rating of PN10. It features an internal PP-H floater with a density of 0.91 g/cm³ that responds dynamically to media levels to vent air during filling and admit air during emptying. The design includes durable EPDM or FKM seals, a compact face-to-face length, and a protective cap made of PP-GF (up to DN50) or POM (DN65–DN100) for reliable process security and straightforward maintenance.
