ABS union silicone free

Silicon-free metric ABS union designed for industrial water treatment, cooling, and paint-compatible process lines where contamination must be prevented. Features metric solvent cement sockets on both union end and bush for precise pipe jointing from d16 to d110 mm. Sealed with a durable EPDM O-ring, it operates at a nominal pressure rating of PN10 (10 bar). The union nut incorporates standard parallel threads (G 3/4" to G 2 3/4") for sizes d16–d63 and robust trapezoidal threads (Tr108x5 to Tr154x6) for d75–d110, ensuring high mechanical integrity, rapid radial disassembly, and simple maintenance.
