The ABS Ball Valve 546 Pro PPA FC is an automated 2-way valve engineered for industrial cooling, water treatment, and process applications. Operated by a pneumatic PP-GF actuator in fail-safe-to-close (FC) mode at 5.6 bar control pressure via a VDI/VDE 3845 NAMUR interface, it ensures reliable shut-off during air supply failure. Rated at PN10 across d16/DN10 to d110/DN100, the valve features solvent cement sockets ISO, low-friction PTFE ball seats, and EPDM seals. It includes integrated stainless steel mounting inserts, an optical position indicator, and full backwards compatibility for z-dimensions and union nuts with first-generation Type 546 valves.
