The PP reduced branch 87 degrees HTEA is an engineered push-fit thermoplastic fitting designed to integrate lateral secondary wastewater lines into larger soil stacks and horizontal collectors within in-house gravity drainage and ventilation systems. Manufactured from high-grade polypropylene copolymer in strict accordance with SR EN 1451-1, the fitting features calibrated push-fit sockets pre-fitted with high-performance EPDM elastomeric lip gaskets that deliver instant, hermetic push-together sealing without solvent cements or heat welding. The factory-integrated socket geometry functions as an integral expansion joint, effectively absorbing linear thermal movements governed by the material thermal expansion coefficient of 0.12 mm/m·K while maintaining leak tightness under building settling and vibration. Its 87-degree junction profile optimizes hydraulic inflow dynamics from lateral sanitary fixtures into vertical stacks, minimizing cross-flow interference, turbulence, and self-siphonage of appliance traps. Designed with an ultra-smooth internal hydraulic profile characterized by a Manning roughness coefficient of 0.01, the branch prevents incrustations, limescale build-up, and particulate accumulation during persistent gravity conveyance.
