The PP reduced branch 45 degrees is an injection-moulded polypropylene fitting engineered for non-pressure domestic soil, waste discharge, and gravity ventilation networks inside residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Configured with a 45-degree angled lateral reduction, this component enables the smooth hydrodynamic integration of smaller secondary drainage lines into larger primary vertical discharge stacks or horizontal collection collectors, minimizing hydraulic turbulence and the risk of flow separation. Manufactured from high-grade polypropylene copolymer, the fitting demonstrates high mechanical impact strength and shock resistance even at temperatures down to -15 degrees Celsius, while delivering reliable structural integrity under continuous service temperatures of 60 degrees Celsius and intermittent thermal surges reaching up to 95 degrees Celsius. The chemically inert inner core exhibits exceptional resistance across an extensive pH span from pH 2 to pH 12, safeguarding the piping infrastructure against caustic domestic detergents, acidic chemical cleaners, hot wastewater discharges from washing appliances, and corrosive industrial effluents. Engineered with factory-fitted elastomeric EPDM rubber lip seals seated securely inside precision-formed sockets, the jointing mechanism delivers immediate, durable, and watertight push-fit connections without the need for chemical solvents, solvent-welding compounds, or mechanical threading. This profiled socket-and-gasket configuration functions simultaneously as an integrated expansion absorption interface, safely accommodating building vibrations, ground micro-movements, and linear thermal elongation at an expansion rate of 0.12 mm/m·K.
