The DIASTAR Ten ABS pneumatic diaphragm valve with FC (Fail Safe to Close) actuation delivers precise flow control for water treatment and cooling systems. Built with an ABS body and EPDM diaphragm, it doubles flow capacity compared to predecessor valves under a PN10 pressure rating across sizes d20 to d63 (DN15–DN50). The EN 558 face-to-face design features a single housing nut replacing four traditional bolts, metric spigot ends for solvent cementing, and an actuator air connection rotatable at 90° intervals (G 1/8"–G 1/4").
