Ductile Iron Adapters

BLUCAST ductile iron flange adapters provide secure, leak-tight transitions between flanged equipment and plain-ended pipes, including HDPE, PVC, and ductile iron. The range includes universal wide-tolerance models for multi-material installations and dedicated restrained (tensile-resistant) adapters designed for plastic pressure piping in drinking water and neutral liquid networks. Manufactured from EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron with WRAS and PZH certified powder epoxy coating (minimum 250 μm, RAL 5015), these PN10 and PN16 fittings feature durable EPDM seals for operating temperatures up to 80°C.
