Weld-On® 717™ is a heavy-bodied, medium-setting PVC solvent cement available in clear and gray variants, formulated for interference-fit joints on all rigid PVC Type I and Type II pipe and fittings up to 12 inches (315 mm) diameter, including Schedule 80. With a minimum Brookfield viscosity of 1,600 cps and ultra-low VOC emissions of 411 g/L (compliant with SCAQMD Rule 1168/316A), this cement delivers consistent gap-filling performance across potable water pressure, industrial, irrigation, conduit, sewer, DWV, and pool systems. Medium set speed provides extended working time in elevated ambient temperatures. Certified to ASTM D2564, NSF/ANSI 14 & 61, IAPMO Uniform Plumbing Code, and UL GreenGuard Gold. LEED IEQ Credit 4.1 eligible.
