Equipped with a high-performance pneumatic actuator configured for fail-safe to open (FO) operation, this assembly guarantees an open process state during control air loss or plant power failure, protecting downstream equipment from dry-run scenarios or overpressurization. The pneumatic mechanism executes a rapid 0-90 degrees rotation in 5 to 6 seconds under a nominal control air pressure of 5.6 bar, driven through a standardized ISO 5211 F14 mounting interface.

Constructed with an advanced polyethylene (PE) disc and body structure paired with resilient EPDM elastomeric sealing, the unit provides superior resistance to scaling, abrasion, and aggressive liquid media up to a maximum operating pressure rating of 10 bar (PN10).
