Manufactured from unpigmented, high-grade polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), this symmetrical equal branch component delivers chemical resistance against concentrated acids, oxidizing agents, halogens, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and organic solvents across an extensive service temperature range from -20 degrees to +140 degrees Celsius. Engineered with an SDR21 geometry rated for nominal system pressures up to PN16 (16 bar at 20 degrees Celsius), the fitting features calibrated spigot ends optimized for reliable jointing via conventional butt fusion (according to DVS 2207-15), contactless infrared fusion (IR Plus according to DVS 2207-6), and bead and crevice free (BCF Plus) fusion technologies. The high manufacturing tolerances guarantee uniform wall thicknesses, minimal warpage, and precise coaxial alignment during machine-guided welding.
