Manufactured from virgin high-purity polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF-HP) under certified cleanroom conditions, this assembly complies with strict SEMI F57 purity benchmarks and ASME BPE standards, making it exceptionally well suited for ultrapure water (UPW), pharmaceutical purified water (PW/WFI), and aggressive chemical distribution. Operated via a double-acting (DA) pneumatic actuator, the mechanism utilizes compressed air pressure to actively power both opening and closing strokes, delivering fast cycle speeds, repeatable stroke control, and exceptional process reliability without spring degradation.
