Designed with a 6-inch main straight run and a reducing lateral branch compatible with 2-inch, 3-inch, or 4-inch branch connections, this specialized geometry accommodates smaller secondary waste lines merging into primary chemical discharge mains. The all-socket configuration is purpose-built for the Fuseal electrofusion joining method, which utilizes embedded resistance wire coils to generate a molecular melt zone between the fitting hub and pipe spigot, achieving a permanent, leak-proof joint that matches the structural integrity of the parent pipe. The flame-retardant polypropylene material provides superior resistance against harsh chemical effluents including dilute mineral acids, caustic alkalis, organic alcohols, aggressive aqueous salt solutions, and solvent mixtures commonly found in life science facilities, industrial manufacturing, academic laboratories, hospitals, and food processing environments.
