The Blucast Series TT ductile iron all flanged cross is engineered for heavy-duty distribution, intersection and branch connection in municipal water supply, utility networks and industrial piping systems. Manufactured in strict compliance with EN 545, this four-way flanged fitting delivers exceptional structural integrity, hydraulic efficiency and long-term pressure containment under demanding operational conditions.

Constructed from premium EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron, the Series TT cross provides superior tensile strength and impact resistance compared with traditional grey cast iron alternatives. It is rated for PN16 working pressure across the full dimensional spectrum, from DN 50 up to DN 600 in eleven nominal sizes, and incorporates precision-machined flange faces drilled to EN 1092-2 (compatible with PN10 and PN16 configurations depending on nominal diameter). This universal bolt-hole geometry allows rigid, leak-tight integration with flanged gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves and pipeline fittings throughout utility networks.

Corrosion protection is provided by an automated powder epoxy coating applied to a minimum dry film thickness of 250 µm in distinctive RAL 5015 blue. The WRAS-approved internal and external coating forms an impermeable dielectric barrier against aggressive soils, groundwater and chemical sanitisation agents, safeguarding drinking water quality and preventing encrustation or tuberculation over decades of buried or chamber service.
