Designed with standard installation lengths in accordance with EN 558, the valve body features an optimized linear flow profile that delivers up to double the flow rate of predecessor models while drastically lowering pressure loss. The advanced mechanical construction utilizes a single centralized housing nut to replace traditional multi-screw bonnet assemblies, ensuring homogeneous compression across the entire sealing area, preventing thermal stress concentration, and facilitating fast disassembly during routine maintenance. Manual operation is carried out via a rugged, ergonomic handwheel featuring an integrated locking mechanism that prevents unintended positional shifts during process cycling. The high-integrity PTFE/EPDM diaphragm ensures total hermetic separation of the internal operating mechanism from aggressive media, offering exceptional resistance against oxidizing chemicals, organic solvents, and high-temperature steam sterilization between -20 degrees Celsius and +140 degrees Celsius. Fitted with metric butt fusion spigots, the valve integrates directly with high-purity piping systems using infrared welding (IR Plus), bead and crevice-free fusion (BCF Plus), or standard butt fusion jointing technologies.
