Georg Fischer SYGEF Standard DIASTAR Ten pneumatic diaphragm valves with integrated union ends and metric fusion sockets provide high-integrity flow control and isolation for aggressive chemical media and high-purity industrial processes. Engineered from unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), this valve configuration incorporates a single-acting Fail-Safe to Open (FO) pneumatic actuator that utilizes internal spring mechanisms to ensure immediate line opening upon air signal depletion. The streamlined internal flow geometry achieves up to double the flow rate compared to legacy diaphragm valve designs, dramatically minimizing pressure drops across the pipeline.Operating reliably across temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to +140 degrees Celsius, the SYGEF Standard DIASTAR Ten FO valve is ideally suited for chemical distribution networks, semiconductor fluid handling, deionized water loops, and pharmaceutical purified water systems requiring inert, high-purity fluid containment.
