The Georg Fischer SYGEF Plus diaphragm valve type DIASTAR 025 DA provides pneumatic flow regulation and shut-off in high-purity and ultrapure fluid distribution systems. Engineered with a double acting (DA) pneumatic actuator, the valve utilizes compressed air supplied through an integrated G 1/4 inch interface to cycle both opening and closing strokes, delivering precise process control and rapid response across aggressive chemical and high-purity utility loops. The body is manufactured from unpigmented, virgin high-purity polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF-HP), delivering exceptional chemical inertia, physiological safety, and long-term resistance to harsh oxidizing acids, solvents, and sanitizing media such as ozone, hot water, and steam across an operating temperature range from -20 degrees C to 140 degrees C.
