Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard DIASTAR Ten pneumatic diaphragm valves provide fail-safe-to-close (FC) flow control in industrial PP-H piping systems. Engineered with an isotactic PP-H body conforming to EN ISO 16138 and EN ISO 15494, each unit features metric socket fusion spigots with face-to-face dimensions per EN 558. The glass-fibre reinforced (PP-GF) actuator utilizes a preloaded steel spring assembly, integrated optical position indicator, and 90° rotating air connections. A central housing union nut replaces traditional bolts to ensure uniform seal pressure on EPDM or PTFE/EPDM diaphragms while doubling flow performance.
