GF Piping Systems ecoFIT Union PE100 – SDR17 / PN10, available in d75, d90, and d110 mm (DN65–DN100). Manufactured from PE100 virgin resin, this union fitting is designed for industrial process piping requiring periodic disassembly. Compatible with conventional butt-welding (DVS 2207) and IR Plus® infrared welding. The union nut is constructed from glass fiber-reinforced PP, ensuring structural rigidity under operational loads. Sealed with FKM O-rings (chemical-resistant fluoroelastomer), making it suitable for aggressive media applications. Rated at PN10. Outer diameter (Do): 137.6–160.7 mm; maximum assembly length (Lmax): 134–139 mm. Wall thickness (s1): 4.5–6.7 mm.
