The PEHD water meter chamber fully equipped at 90 degrees is an engineered housing for potable water service connections in residential and industrial networks. The body is thermally insulated and resists mechanical soil loads, chemical attack and corrosion, while elastomeric sealing gaskets block groundwater infiltration and keep the metering assembly dry and clean throughout its service life.

In this 90-degree configuration the chamber leaves the factory with a complete internal piping kit: two PVC-U compression ball valves with female thread 25 mm x 3/4 inch, two PVC-U 3/4 inch nipples, two PVC-U 90-degree elbows 3/4 inch, two brass DN20 union connections, a certified DN20 water meter and PEHD pipe d25 segments. The ball valves can be dismantled for cleaning and servicing and accept replaceable internal components, giving long-term chemical durability on the flow line.

Supply includes a non-traffic PEHD inspection cover rated to load class A-15, built with an internal air-cushion chamber that adds a thermal barrier against frost penetration. Where vehicle traffic or municipal infrastructure requirements apply, heavy-duty ductile iron covers in class C250 or D400 can be integrated on request. Units can also be ordered pre-equipped without the water meter, or completely unequipped.

Manufactured from non-corrosive polymeric materials, the chamber offers an operational lifespan exceeding 50 years with zero maintenance. Structural diameters run from 500 mm to 800 mm and installation heights from 800 mm to 1200 mm; this version is supplied in the D500 - H1200 configuration.
