The ELGEF Plus PE100 Reducer (SDR17) by Georg Fischer is a concentric spigot reducer manufactured from PE100 high-density polyethylene, rated at PN10 bar for water and PN5 bar for gas. Available in diameters from d90 to d1000mm (DN80–DN1000), with wall thicknesses ranging from 5.4mm to 59.3mm, these reducers accommodate a broad range of pipeline transition requirements. The long spigot ends are fully compatible with both electrofusion and butt fusion welding techniques, ensuring monolithic, leak-free joints. Maximum overall length (Lmax) reaches 655mm on larger sizes. Consistent SDR17 geometry across the range ensures hydraulic continuity and structural integrity in water distribution and gas transmission networks.
