GF 800 - 1000 - 1200

The GF 800 - 1000 - 1200 butt fusion machine series is engineered for PE and PP pressure piping systems on construction sites and in trenches. These hydraulically operated units facilitate jointing pipes from 500mm to 1200mm (GF 800: 500-800mm, GF 1000: 630-1000mm, GF 1200: 710-1200mm), operating up to 200 bar. The robust base machine features a distortion-free frame, 45° inclination for accessibility, and a movable 3rd clamp for efficient fixation of bends/tees. Its powerful hydraulic unit ensures precise pressure setting with joystick control and pressure equalization via an accumulator, crucial for consistent weld integrity. The electronically controlled heating element, with its high-quality PTFE coating and integrated temperature indicator, guarantees optimal fusion. A parallel planer with safety microswitch prepares pipe ends precisely. All components are safely housed in a compact control box within a steel frame, simplifying power management with a single generator plug.
