Engineered for space-saving sandwich mounting between standard pipe flanges across dimensions from d40 up to d315 (DN32 to DN300), the valve operates with a free-swinging internal flap that actuates purely via hydrodynamic fluid flow and gravitational forces. By eliminating metallic return springs from the wetted flow path, the design prevents galvanic corrosion and chemical degradation, providing exceptional longevity in aggressive chemical media, water treatment, cooling loops, and industrial processing systems.
