PVDF Ventilating valve type 595

PVDF Ventilating valve type 595

Material: PVDF PN: 16 Bar

  Datasheet (PDF)

The Georg Fischer SYGEF Standard ventilating valve type 595 in PVDF provides precision venting and vacuum relief for mission-critical industrial, water treatment, and chemical distribution pipelines. Manufactured from unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride, this valve ensures outstanding mechanical rigidity, exceptional purity, and universal resistance across an aggressive operating spectrum encompassing harsh acids, halogens, and high-purity fluids. Operating reliably across an extensive thermal range from -20 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius and rated for a nominal pressure of PN16 within the SDR21 dimensional configuration, the unit safeguards piping systems from vacuum collapse during line drainage while effectively discharging entrapped air pockets during filling cycles. The core mechanical assembly integrates a high-integrity spring with a protective HALAR coating, isolating the metallic core from aggressive vapor exposure and chemical attack, with optional alternative spring alloys available for specialized process requirements. Up to nominal diameter DN50, the external protective cap is molded from robust glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP-GF), providing mechanical shielding and environmental durability. Tight fluid isolation is continuously maintained by premium FKM elastomer seals that preserve process containment without fluid discoloration or trace leaching. Configured with metric socket fusion spigots for seamless welded integration via heating element socket fusion, the valve features an optimized, compact installation length that simplifies installation in dense plant architectures and pre-fabricated pipe racks. The true union design facilitates uncomplicated radial installation and swift demounting for inspection without disturbing connected pipe runs. Thoroughly suited for deionized water, pharmaceutical purified water loops, and chemical delivery networks, the valve withstands aggressive sanitization procedures utilizing steam, hot water, ozone, or chemical agents.
