The Georg Fischer DEKADUR-C industrial PVC-C pipe is engineered for process piping systems conveying aggressive chemical media under an operating pressure rating of PN10 (10 bar) at 20 degrees C. Manufactured from post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) in agate grey (RAL 7038), this pipe delivers superior chemical resistance, high mechanical rigidity, and operational stability up to 80 degrees C, significantly outperforming conventional PVC-U installations at elevated temperatures.

Dimensionally manufactured to DIN 8079 and DIN 8080 standards (as well as ISO 15493), the pipe features an SDR 21 wall thickness ratio (Pipe Series S10). It is supplied in standard 5000 mm straight lengths with plain ends, optimized for cold solvent cementing using dedicated PVC-C solvent adhesives. The smooth internal bore minimizes hydraulic friction losses, prevents encrustation, and ensures long-term integrity during continuous chemical handling. It is ideally suited for inorganic acids, bases, salts, and high-purity demineralized process water.
