The Georg Fischer PROGEF Standard Type 523 Pro metering ball valve d20 (DN15) delivers linear micro-dosing flow control in industrial PP-H piping systems. Designed with SDR11 butt fusion spigots compatible with IR-Plus welding, it is rated for PN10 nominal pressure. The unit features an extended 180° operating angle with a graduated scale, PTFE ball seats, and EPDM or FKM sealing. A true double union design with buttress thread enables easy radial maintenance, while integrated M6 stainless steel inserts allow rigid bracket mounting. The engineered safety stem prevents media leakage under shear, delivering a precise flow rating of kv = 20 l/min at Δp = 1 bar.
