The PP equal branch 45 degrees HTEA is an engineered socketed polypropylene fitting designed for soil and waste discharge networks and internal ventilation systems within residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Configured with a 45-degree lateral junction of identical diameter to the main flow conduit, this fitting ensures smooth hydraulic transitions that optimize gravity drainage, reduce turbulence, and mitigate particulate sedimentation. Manufactured from high-grade polypropylene copolymer in accordance with SR EN 1451-1, the fitting exhibits high structural integrity, exceptional resistance to mechanical shock even at low installation temperatures down to -15 degrees C, and comprehensive chemical stability across a broad pH range from 2 to 12. This inert chemical profile guarantees long-term durability against aggressive domestic and commercial effluents, including boiling water, high-concentration detergents from washing machines and dishwashers, and corrosive cleaning chemicals. Thermal resilience is engineered for continuous wastewater temperatures of 60 degrees C, safely tolerating short-term intermittent thermal discharges up to 95 degrees C without softening or loss of dimensional stability. The internal socket design and elastomeric interface naturally accommodate axial thermal movement and structural settling, functioning as an integrated expansion absorption interface calculated for polypropylene linear expansion of 0.12 mm/m·K. The mirror-smooth interior surface features a Manning roughness coefficient of 0.01, preventing internal incrustation, scale accumulation, and flow obstruction over an anticipated operational service life of at least 50 years.
