Engineered for complete system integration with pre-insulated PE100 piping, this factory-matched valve kit includes an electrically actuated wafer butterfly valve featuring an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) body, metric PE100 SDR11 fusion spigots, and a durable EPDM sealing profile. The integrated electric actuator operates across a wide universal voltage supply of 100–230V at 50–60Hz with a factory-set 90 degrees rotary actuation cycle, protected internally by an integrated heating element that prevents condensation inside the electrical housing under sub-ambient temperature regimes. Operational supervision is enabled through integrated optical and electrical position feedback indicating Open, Close, and Middle positions. Supplied as a comprehensive turnkey installation set, the kit contains precision-machined PE100 flange adaptors, high-strength polypropylene-steel (PP-Steel) backing flanges, heavy-duty mounting bolts, and vapor-tight polyurethane-based insulation half shells. These engineered half shells fully encase the valve body, mechanical bolting, and backing flanges, guaranteeing uncompromised thermal barrier continuity that completely eliminates external sweat, frost build-up, and condensation corrosion common in secondary refrigeration loops operating down to –50 degrees Celsius.
