Welding Recorder WR 200S

The WR 200 S welding recorder ensures butt fusion joint quality by guiding operators through DVS, UNI, WIS, and ISO compliant processes. It captures material, diameter, and SDR data, supervising the entire fusion sequence. Featuring a robust IP 65 plastic case and -10°C to +50°C operating range, it's engineered for demanding site conditions. Data, including operator-ID and GPS coordinates, is stored in 250 internal protocols, transferable via USB for TXT/CSV reporting. A 10-hour battery provides autonomy, complemented by a 'Rent Guardian' function. Fully compatible with hydraulic butt fusion machines for PE, PP, PB piping, the WR 200 S optimizes workflow and traceability for critical infrastructure projects.
