The GF Piping Systems PROGEF Standard type 127 electrically actuated ball valve is engineered for automated industrial flow control in chemical and water treatment applications. Manufactured with an isotactic PP-H body and fixed ISO flanges, the unit integrates an EA15 24V actuator providing a 90° factory-set control range. Key features include chemical-resistant PTFE ball seats with EPDM seals, an integrated heating element, open/close optical position feedback, manual emergency override, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel mounting inserts. The valve design incorporates a safety stem mechanism with a predetermined breaking point to prevent media leakage.
