PP access pipe HTRE fittings are engineered for in-house gravity soil, waste discharge, and ventilation piping systems, providing a reliable, gastight inspection and maintenance point for building drainage networks. Manufactured from durable polypropylene (PP) according to SR EN 1451-1, each access pipe incorporates an integrated lateral inspection branch fitted with a removable, tight-sealing threaded access cap, facilitating direct line cleaning, rodding, and video diagnostics while preventing sewer gas egress and fluid leakage. The fitting features a push-fit socket configuration equipped with a factory-fitted elastomeric EPDM lip seal gasket, enabling rapid, tool-free spigot insertion and ensuring lasting joint tightness even under structural vibrations, ground settlement, or thermal expansion and contraction cycles. Chemically resilient across a pH range of 2 to 12, the polypropylene construction exhibits exceptional resistance to common household detergents, washing machine and dishwasher effluents, mineral salts, dilute acids, and caustic solutions. Operating capabilities include continuous service at fluid temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius, intermittent peak thermal exposures up to 95 degrees Celsius, and retained mechanical resilience in cold environments down to -15 degrees Celsius. With a Manning roughness coefficient of 0.01, the hydraulically smooth interior surface minimizes flow resistance, prevents encrustation, and counteracts abrasion from particulate matter in suspension. Sized across nominal outside diameters from 50 mm to 160 mm, these lightweight fittings ensure straightforward handling, comprehensive chemical compatibility, and a projected operating life exceeding 50 years in residential, commercial, and light industrial interior drainage installations.
