ECOS 400 - 500 - 630

The ECOS 400 - 500 - 630 butt fusion machine series is engineered for reliable jointing of PE, PP, and PB pipes (d125-630mm) in pressure piping systems for construction sites and trenches. Featuring a high-precision, distortion-free frame and 45° inclination, it ensures optimal accessibility. The hydraulically operated system provides precise pressure control (max 160 bar) via a vibration-free gauge and joystick. Its powerful parallel planer enables single or double-sided pipe end facing, while the electronically controlled heating element, coated with PTFE for extended service life, includes an integrated temperature indicator. An accumulator maintains pressure during cooling. Compatible with an optional welding recorder for data acquisition.
