The Georg Fischer Signet conductivity and resistivity electrode assembly with the Signet 9900 SmartPro transmitter delivers highly accurate, repeatable liquid analysis across demanding process monitoring environments. Engineered for water treatment, deionization, reverse osmosis, and clean-in-place installations, this analytical package pairs a precision-machined sensor with an advanced single-channel controller. The sensing electrode features an engineered surface finish that maintains consistent measurement repeatability across a broad dynamic range without requiring delicate platinisation procedures.
Built from high-grade 316 stainless steel or corrosion-resistant titanium, the sensing element offers robust chemical compatibility with aggressive industrial fluids and high-purity water. An internal platinum RTD PT1000 sensor provides continuous thermal tracking for accurate real-time temperature compensation. Installation flexibility is supported through reversible process threads or sanitary flange connections that align with stringent hygienic standards, enabling direct integration into industrial plastic or metal piping systems.
The accompanying Signet 9900 transmitter features an auto-sensing backlit digital display paired with an intuitive dial-type bar graph and integrated status LEDs. Operating on a 10.8 to 35.2 VDC nominal 24 VDC power supply, the unit supports panel mount installations and loop-powered configurations. Its modular architecture accepts dedicated plug-in expansion cards, including direct conductivity and resistivity modules, dry-contact electromechanical relays, and PC COMM tools that streamline calibration, parameter storage, and setup verification across automated networks.
