The Type 240 ABS wafer butterfly valve features a double-acting (DA) pneumatic actuator with a corrosion-resistant PP-GF housing. Engineered for cooling, chilled water, and water treatment systems, it provides a 90° control range with rapid 1–2 s cycle times at a control pressure of 4.2 bar via an integrated NAMUR interface (VDI/VDE 3845). Rated PN10 (DN50–DN125 / d63–d140), the valve includes an EPDM seal, visual position indicator, and an overall length compliant with EN 558 and ISO 5752. It ensures seamless installation between ISO 7005, EN 1092, DIN 2501, and ANSI/ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanges.
