The Georg Fischer ELGEF Plus equal tee 90 degrees is a PE100 branch fitting with spigot ends, covering d20 to d800 mm (DN15 to DN800) in SDR 11. It is designed for butt fusion into HDPE pressure mains, while the plain spigots also accept electrofusion couplers where a welding machine cannot be set up in the trench. The fitting is rated at 16 bar for water and 10 bar for gas, with wall thickness (s1) running from 3.0 mm at d20 up to 72.6 mm at d800.

Dimensions conform to EN 12201-1 for water distribution and EN 1555-3 for gas distribution. Laying lengths follow the long version of the range: z from 150 to 1780 mm, z1 from 75 to 890 mm and spigot length L from 52 to 450 mm, leaving enough parallel material for clamping, facing and bead formation in a butt fusion machine. The two largest sizes, d710 and d800, are machined from welded pipe rather than injection moulded.

The body is produced from 100% virgin PE100 resin approved by the PE100+ Association, and carries permanent embossed identification so that material, dimension and batch stay readable after installation. Approvals include DVGW, SVGW and KIWA, with FM 1613 at PN 15 for d90 to d315. Production runs under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes, with testing at the ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory in Schaffhausen.

Order codes run from 753 201 006 to 753 201 121. Beside the SDR 11 series, d140 and d160 are also offered in SDR 17 for networks rated 10 bar water and 5 bar gas. Typical applications are branch connections on potable water, irrigation and gas distribution mains.
