Engineered from unpigmented ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene thermoplastic, these concentric reduction fittings offer exceptional chemical inertness against concentrated inorganic acids, strong alkalis, oxidizers, and aggressive organic solvents, preserving mechanical strength and pressure containment across demanding thermal operating envelopes. Designed specifically for industrial butt fusion jointing, the elongated spigot ends ensure full compatibility with modern contactless infrared (IR) fusion machines as well as conventional butt welding equipment. This non-contact jointing mechanism guarantees fully repeatable, parameter-controlled thermal cycles that eliminate tool contamination while forming uniform, minimal internal weld beads.
