The BLUCAST ASV Series ductile iron swing check valve is engineered to deliver dependable backflow prevention across industrial water supply networks, pumping stations, irrigation systems, and municipal distribution pipelines. Built to protect critical pumping infrastructure from reverse flow and pressure surges, this self-actuating check valve ensures rapid shut-off when flow ceases. Its optimized hydraulic profile minimizes head loss and turbulence, maintaining efficient fluid dynamics throughout continuous operation.

Constructed with a heavy-duty EN-GJS-500-7 ductile iron body and bonnet, the valve provides high mechanical strength and pressure resilience. All internal and external surfaces are shielded by a thick 250 µm powder epoxy coating (RAL 5015 sky blue), offering superior resistance against corrosion, cavitation, and aggressive operating environments. Rated for working temperatures up to 80 degrees C and PN10 pressure rating across large nominal diameters (DN200 to DN300), the ASV series meets rigorous European utility requirements.

The versatile design supports installation in horizontal pipelines as well as vertical runs with upward flow. A bolted top bonnet enables easy access to the internal flap assembly for inspection and maintenance without dismounting the valve body from the line. Flange drilling complies with EN 1092-2 standards to ensure seamless integration into standardized industrial piping systems.
