The PVC-U soil and waste pipe with socket and gasket is engineered for gravity-fed domestic wastewater and rainwater drainage networks inside residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Manufactured from unplasticised polyvinyl chloride, each pipe length incorporates an integrally formed socket housing an elastomeric sealing ring, establishing an efficient push-fit connection mechanism that guarantees high-speed manual assembly without solvent cement or open flames. The factory-fitted rubber gasket provides a durable, leak-tight seal against effluent exfiltration and sewer gas release, maintaining absolute joint integrity even during slight pipe angular deflection or axial movement within permissible engineering limits. Available in outer diameters of 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, and 110 mm with nominal wall thicknesses from 1.6 mm to 2.0 mm and standard lengths ranging between 500 mm and 6000 mm, the pipe is optimised for vertical discharge stacks, horizontal collector lines, and sanitary fixture branches. The rigid PVC-U formulation guarantees outstanding chemical inertness against harsh household detergents, laundry and dishwasher effluents, salt solutions, and aggressive wastewater media across a wide pH spectrum.
