Designed to cap off pipeline spigot ends, cleanouts, inspection ports, or temporary collector extensions, this structural fitting features an integral socket equipped with a factory-fitted elastomeric EPDM rubber sealing ring that accommodates permissible pipe settling and minor angular deflections while preserving absolute hermetic containment against groundwater infiltration and exfiltration. Manufactured from high-grade unplasticised polyvinyl chloride in standard drainage orange RAL 8023, the end cap delivers exceptional circumferential ring stiffness rated at SN4 (4 kN/m²), making it fully compatible with both SN4 and SN2 underground pipe infrastructures subject to medium road traffic loadings and trench burial depths between 0.8 and 6 metres.
