The PVC-KG elbow SN8 SDR 34 double socket provides high-integrity angular redirection for buried gravity sewer and rainwater drainage networks installed outside building footprints. Manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), the structural fitting delivers a nominal ring stiffness of SN8 (8 kN/m²), fully satisfying SDR 34 dimensional specifications for civil infrastructure and underground piping layouts exposed to medium and heavy traffic loads. The double-socket configuration incorporates precision-molded socket housings on both ends, each factory-fitted with high-durability synthetic EPDM rubber gaskets that ensure watertight push-fit connections with pipe spigot ends or male fitting connections. The elastomeric jointing mechanism absorbs ground settling dynamics and accommodates permissible angular movements or axial pipe deflections while preventing wastewater leakage and groundwater infiltration. Chemically inert across a pH spectrum spanning from 2 to 12, the PVC-U compound exhibits comprehensive resistance to domestic sewage, aggressive storm runoff, acidic or basic industrial effluents, and mineral soil salts, handling operating wastewater temperatures up to 40 degrees in continuous service with intermittent thermal peaks reaching 60 degrees. Featuring an exceptionally smooth internal bore with a roughness coefficient below 0.01 mm, the fitting suppresses sediment buildup, reduces hydraulic head loss, and maintains sustained gravity discharge flow capacity throughout an extended operating service life. Fully compatible with solid-wall and structured multilayer external sewer systems, the double-socket geometry facilitates direct coupling of two spigot ends across deflection angles of 15, 30, 45, and 87 degrees.
