The PVC-KG branch 87 degrees SN4 KGEA is an injection-molded unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) fitting engineered for lateral pipe intersection and directional confluence in buried gravity sewerage and stormwater drainage systems outside building footprints. Designed for comprehensive compatibility with both SN4 and SN2 underground pipe networks, the fitting incorporates an 87-degree branch angle that guides lateral inflows smoothly into the main collector line, suppressing hydraulic turbulence and preventing the accumulation of suspended solid debris. Interconnection is established through profiled socket ends equipped with factory-retained elastomeric EPDM rubber sealing rings, ensuring durable, hermetic joint stability against fluid exfiltration and groundwater infiltration while tolerating minor angular deflections, soil settlement, and permissible pipe deformations. Produced from robust rigid PVC-U compound in sewer orange RAL 8023, the component possesses an engineered ring stiffness of 4 kN/m2 (SN4), delivering adequate mechanical strength to bear backfill soil compaction and medium surface traffic loading without permanent deformation. The mirror-smooth interior surface exhibits minimal wall roughness, boosting flow velocity and eliminating internal sediment or biofilm incrustation. Demonstrating broad chemical passivity across a pH spectrum from 2 to 12, the fitting resists municipal sewage, chemical effluents, mineral salts, dilute acids, caustics, and aggressive soil conditions.
