The PP double branch HTDA is an engineered polypropylene socket fitting designed for high-performance internal soil, waste, and rainwater discharge installations, as well as gravity drainage and building ventilation stacks conforming to SR EN 1451-1. Fabricated from high-grade thermoplastic polypropylene with integrated factory-fitted EPDM lip seals, this dual-branch junction facilitates symmetrical or reduced dual effluent entry into vertical soil stacks or horizontal collection lines at deflection angles of 45 degrees, 67 degrees, or 87 degrees across diameters from 50 mm to 110 mm. The precision push-fit socket geometry ensures swift manual assembly without solvent cement or open-flame heating, providing durable hydrostatic sealing that maintains structural integrity even under pipe deflection, soil settlement, and building vibration. Functioning simultaneously as an expansion compensator, each elastomeric socket connection absorbs longitudinal thermal movement governed by the material's linear expansion coefficient of 0.12 mm/m·K. Engineered to withstand demanding operational conditions, the fitting exhibits an exceptional thermal resistance profile capable of accommodating continuous service temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius and transient surges up to 95 degrees Celsius, while retaining high impact elasticity down to -15 degrees Celsius in compliance with SR EN 744 shock resistance criteria. Its chemically inert polyolefin composition offers broad compatibility across a pH range of 2 to 12, successfully resisting aggressive laundry detergents, commercial washroom chemicals, organic waste, caustics, and acidic effluents.
