The metal pipe bracket with rubber lining provides a secure, vibration-damped anchoring and suspension solution engineered specifically for in-house soil and waste discharge piping systems. Constructed from a robust two-piece pressed steel band joined by precision lateral locking screws, the clamp incorporates an integrated elastomeric rubber lining profile that cushions the pipe perimeter and eliminates direct metal-to-plastic contact. This profiled rubber insert provides acoustic decoupling according to building sound-attenuation requirements, effectively absorbing structure-borne noise and mechanical vibrations generated by intermittent drainage flow, while simultaneously facilitating guided axial movement during thermal expansion and contraction without abrading the pipe wall. The collar is equipped with a heavy-duty welded mounting nut sized for M8 or M10 threaded rods, and comes complete with a dedicated double-threaded wood-and-metric hanger bolt alongside an expansion wall plug for rapid, high-strength installation into solid masonry, concrete, or ceiling structures. Operating seamlessly as both a rigid fixed point (Fs) to anchor heavy vertical risers and a guided sliding support (Ls) to control linear thermal displacement along horizontal and vertical runs, the assembly ensures stable pipeline positioning and maintains required hydraulic gradients under full flow conditions.
