The PVC-U manifold tee is an engineered metric fitting manufactured for industrial fluid distribution headers, manifold assemblies, and process distribution branches. Designed specifically for solvent cement jointing in industrial piping installations, this tee facilitates compact multi-branch configurations where uniform hydraulic performance and mechanical stability are critical. Fabricated from unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) in standard industrial dark grey (RAL 7011), the component is engineered to withstand demanding continuous operation in pressure piping networks, municipal and industrial water treatment installations, chemical processing loops, and recirculating distribution systems.

Engineered according to metric standards and compliant with ISO EN 1452-3 specifications, this fitting provides a nominal operating pressure rating of PN16 (16 bar) at a reference fluid temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The non-corrosive thermoplastic construction guarantees zero electrochemical corrosion, encrustation-free flow paths, and low surface roughness, preventing pressure drop over extended operating lifetimes.
